During your visit you want to explore the breath-taking and
famous Mt. Pisgah State Park located in the Endless Mountains. Mt. Pisgah State Park
is visited by thousands annually who love all it has to offer. Many love to visit
in the fall to see the colorful changing of the leaves. The Park was originally
cleared for farmland in the early 1800s, as settlers arrived from New England and
many of
their descendants still live in the area today. These adventurous pioneers
cleared these trees and stacked the stumps in fence rows, which still out line
the grounds.
Mt. Pisgah State Park is in the scenic Endless Mountains region of
Pennsylvania’s Northern Tier. Midway between Troy and Towanda in Bradford
County, the 1,302-acre park is along Mill Creek, at the base of Mt. Pisgah,
elevation 2,260 feet. The park is only two miles north of US 6, the major route
through the northern tier. Secondary roads pass through the villages of East
Troy and West Burlington travel over rolling farmland to the park. Mystic
Meadows Horse Ranch Tours is the perfect launch to see and enjoy this splendor
and it's a must see when vacationing in Northern Pennsylvania.
